Ashley Auburn Pointe

Ashley Auburn Pointe is a 304-unit, two-phase mixed-income multifamily community in Atlanta, Georgia, developed as part of the redevelopment of the former Grady Homes public housing site. The community offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across primarily three-story garden-style buildings and includes a combination of market-rate, workforce, affordable, and rental-assisted housing. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, business/computer center, and surface parking. The project was developed through a public-private partnership involving The Integral Group and the Atlanta Housing Authority and is located near Georgia State University, the Sweet Auburn district, and King Memorial MARTA.
