PRIVACY
A concise policy framework for the FREC website and online forms.
FREC collects information you voluntarily submit through membership, partnership, contact, newsletter and development-pipeline forms. This can include company information, contact details, project information and payment-related identifiers supplied by Stripe.
Information is used to administer membership, respond to inquiries, evaluate partnership and development opportunities, provide programming and communications, and manage Chamber operations. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly in the FREC website database.
FREC does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or, where appropriate to the purpose of a submission, with relevant Chamber representatives and approved partners. Project information should be treated as business-confidential unless the submitter authorizes broader distribution.
Administrative access is restricted, passwords are hashed, forms use anti-spam controls, and sensitive operations are logged. Data is retained as reasonably necessary for Chamber operations and legal or accounting requirements.
