The rules governing use of FREC’s website, membership systems, project-submission tools and digital services.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of flrechamber.com and digital services operated by the Florida Real Estate Chamber (“FREC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including membership, partnership, communications and project-submission functionality. By using the website or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms.
FREC is a developer-led real estate chamber that facilitates professional relationships, membership programming, advocacy, education, visibility, development-pipeline activity and connections among developers, capital providers, public agencies, corporations and aligned professionals. Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, securities, lending, brokerage, appraisal or other professional advice. Users are responsible for obtaining their own professional advice and conducting independent diligence before making business, investment, financing or development decisions.
FREC is not a commingled investment fund and does not, merely by operating this website, act as a lender, broker-dealer or investment adviser. FREC may curate opportunities, facilitate introductions and support relationship development, but financing, investment and joint-venture decisions are made independently by the relevant parties under separately negotiated agreements.
Membership, project submission, directory inclusion or an introduction by FREC does not guarantee financing, investment, approval, entitlement, public contract, procurement award, partnership, transaction closing or any other business outcome.
Membership is subject to FREC’s eligibility requirements, review procedures, policies and acceptance. Membership tiers, dues and benefits may change from time to time. Where recurring billing is established through Stripe or another payment provider, billing occurs according to the applicable plan and checkout terms until the subscription is changed or canceled through an authorized process.
Removing or hiding a membership plan from the public Join page does not itself cancel an existing membership or recurring subscription. Any cancellation, refund, waiver, in-kind arrangement or other dues adjustment is governed by FREC’s applicable membership policy or written arrangement with the member.
By submitting project information, documents, renderings or other materials, you represent that you are authorized to provide them to FREC and that doing so does not violate another party’s rights or confidentiality obligations. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of submitted information.
Submission to the Sponsor Pipeline does not automatically make project information public. FREC may review, organize and use submitted information for Chamber operations, diligence, capital or partner matching, and related introductions. Selected information may be separately approved or curated for a public member profile or Featured Developments page.
FREC may display approved member-company information, logos, membership tier, public representatives, websites, development focus and selected project information. Members are responsible for promptly notifying FREC of material inaccuracies. FREC may edit, suspend or remove directory content when reasonably necessary for accuracy, quality, policy compliance or organizational administration.
Administrative users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity performed through their accounts. You may not share credentials with unauthorized persons, attempt to bypass access controls, probe the website for vulnerabilities, interfere with service availability, or access information you are not authorized to view.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, FREC name and branding, original written content, databases, graphics and other FREC-created materials are owned by or licensed to FREC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Member logos, project imagery and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Submitting content to FREC grants FREC a non-exclusive permission to store, process and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Chamber services and, where the content is approved for publication, to display it through FREC’s website and related communications.
FREC may integrate or link to Stripe, email providers, mapping services, member websites, public agencies and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. FREC does not control and is not responsible for third-party systems, availability, content or practices.
FREC seeks to maintain accurate and useful information but does not warrant that every page, member profile, project description, statistic, link or third-party data point will always be complete, current or error-free. FREC may modify, suspend or discontinue website features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FREC does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content, transaction completion, investment performance, project feasibility or the conduct or performance of any member, sponsor, partner or third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FREC and its officers, directors, employees, committee representatives and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of the website, reliance on website information, third-party relationships or inability to access a digital service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
FREC may restrict or terminate access to administrative or member-facing systems when reasonably necessary to protect security, enforce organizational policies, respond to misuse, comply with law or administer a membership relationship.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute concerning these Terms is properly brought in court, the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
FREC may update these Terms as its programs, membership systems and digital services evolve. Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
